What it is

Closing Foundry is a commercial execution programme built around one problem: founders and operators who have pipeline but are not closing it. The programme combines diagnostic work, framework application, and live deal coaching. It is not a training course — it works on live pipeline with real buyers, in real time. Closing Foundry applies the 5 Days to Scale framework as its primary sprint structure and uses the Revenue Readiness Index as the entry diagnostic. Participants build their Evidence Pack as part of the programme.

Why it exists

Most early-stage revenue problems are not product problems or market problems — they are execution problems. Founders have conversations that do not progress. They have offers that are not sharp enough. They have pipeline that ages without action. Closing Foundry exists to interrupt that pattern with structured, time-bound execution support.

What it produces

The programme produces three outputs per participant: a sharpened proposition statement, a completed evidence pack, and a documented set of next steps on live pipeline. The programme also generates case material and pattern documentation that feeds back into the frameworks section of this wiki.

What is live now

Closing Foundry is active. The frameworks — 5 Days to Scale, Revenue Readiness Index, Evidence Pack Builder — are documented and in use. Programme structure and participant intake process are operational.
